Project Competition 2022

The Project Competition from Oxford University Press is back, and this year they're asking students what they would invent to make the world a better place.

They'd like students to imagine that they have unlimited budget and can invent anything that will help with one of these important global issues: climate action or improving health and wellbeing. What will they invent and how will it help?

The project should address the following four questions:

What problem do you want to solve? ( Climate action OR health and wellbeing) Why is this problem important?What is your invention?How will your invention help?

The students of our lyceum also took part in the competition creating two projects.

Конкурс проектів від Oxford University Press повертається, і цього року вони запитують студентів, що б вони винайшли, щоб зробити світ кращим. Вони хотіли б, щоб студенти уявили, що вони мають необмежений бюджет і можуть винайти все, що допоможе вирішити одну з цих важливих глобальних проблем: кліматичні заходи чи покращення здоров’я та добробуту. Що вони винайдуть і чим це допоможе?

Проект має вирішувати такі чотири питання:

Яку проблему ви хочете вирішити? (Дії щодо клімату АБО здоров'я та благополуччя) Чому ця проблема важлива? Який твій винахід? Чим допоможе ваш винахід?

Учні нашого ліцею також взяли участь у конкурсі, створивши два проекти.

Digital literacy

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the Concept for the Development of Digital Competences until 2025, which provides for the acquisition of skills to effectively and safely use modern digital technologies in work, study, professional or personal development.

You can test your knowledge and skills on the following platforms.

Diia. Digital education is a national online platform for the development of digital literacy. Digit chart is a national test of digital literacy. The test tasks are systematized according to the areas of knowledge of the European digital competence framework DigComp 2.1. for citizens, which was adapted by Ukrainian experts.

Online testing for digital literacy teachers has started at Vseosvita. This is a unique opportunity not only to test your digital literacy, but also to expand your knowledge in the field of information technology.

КМУ схвалив Концепцію розвитку цифрових компетентностей до 2025 року, що передбачає опанування навички ефективно та безпечно використовувати сучасні цифрові технології у роботі, навчанні, професійному чи особистісному розвитку.

Перевірити свої знання і уміння можна на наступних платформах. 

Дія. Цифрова освіта – це національна онлайн-платформа для розвитку цифрової грамотності. Цифрограм - національне тестування на рівень цифрової грамотності. Завдання тесту систематизовані за сферами знань європейської рамки цифрових компетентностей DigComp 2.1. для громадян, що була адаптована українськими експертами.

На «Всеосвіті» стартувало онлайн-тестування для педагогічних працівників «Цифрова грамотність». Це унікальна можливість не лише перевірити рівень своєї цифрової грамотності, але й розширити знання у галузі інформаційних технологій.

Group work

While doing some work with projects or with texts children are involved into group discussion. It is interesting but at the same time difficult to provide such a lesson because children want to do a lot of work having little time. Still, we can afford to organize this activity even it takes the whole lesson)

Під час роботи з проектами чи текстами діти залучаються до групового обговорення. Це цікаво, але водночас складно провести такий урок, тому що діти хочуть багато працювати, маючи мало часу. Все-таки ми можемо дозволити собі організувати цю діяльність, навіть якщо вона займає цілий урок)

Future English Online Teacher Community

Advanced training of English teachers in Ivano-Frankivsk region, who will teach students in grades 5-9 in terms of reforming the education sector in accordance with the provisions of the New Ukrainian School Concept, on the British Council's online platform from November 6 to December 14, 2021, has been successfully completed.

7 weeks of daily work: online meetings in Zoom, work in forums and groups on the online platform of the British Council Online Teacher Community.

Teachers worked on each section, completed assignments, discussed issues related to the studied module, held reflective Zoom sessions, where teachers shared experiences, exchanged views on the implementation of knowledge and skills they received, trained to apply knowledge in practice.

Підвищення кваліфікації учителів англійської мови Івано-Франківської області, які навчатимуть учнів 5-9 класів в умовах реформування галузі освіти відповідно до положень Концепції "Нова українська школа", на онлайн платформі Британської Ради з 6 листопада до 14 грудня 2021 року, успішно завершено.

7 тижнів щоденної роботи: онлайн зустрічі у Zoom, роботи на форумах і групах на онлайн-платформі Британської Ради Online Teacher Community.

Учителі опрацьовували кожен розділ, виконували завдання, на форумі обговорювали питання, які стосувалися вивченого модуля, відбувалися рефлексивні Zoom-сесії, де вчителі ділилися досвідом, обмінювалися думками щодо впровадження тих знань та умінь, які вони отримали, тренувалися застосовувати отримані знання на практиці.
